Terms and conditions

These terms apply to everyone who uses spilll.me, which is operated by Tripurari Jee (“we”, “us”). By using spilll.me you agree to them.

1. You must be 18 or older

You must be at least 18 to create a box, send a note or pay for anything. Do not use spilll.me if you are under 18.

2. Your box and owner token

When you create a box you get an owner token. It is shown once. We store only a hash of it, so we cannot show it to you again or recover it. Keep it private: anyone with your token can open your inbox.

3. Notes are anonymous

Notes are sent without an account, and we do not show the box owner who sent a note. Do not try to identify, contact or harass a sender, and do not put anyone's contact details or personal information in a note.

4. Hints

A sender can add an optional hint. Hints are written only by the sender. We do not check them, and a hint may be untrue or may not identify the sender. We do not create hints and never derive them from any data we hold.

5. What you must not send

• Harassment, bullying, threats or hate
• Encouragement of self-harm
• Sexual content involving anyone under 18, or any illegal content
• Phone numbers, emails, handles or other contact or personal details
• Spam, scams or impersonation

6. Moderation

We filter notes for abuse. Box owners can block and report senders. We may remove any note, hint or handle, and may limit or end access, if we believe it breaks these terms or the law.

7. Payments

Creating a box and sending notes is free. The only paid feature is an optional hint unlock at the price shown before you pay (see pricing). Payments are processed by Razorpay; we never see your card or UPI details.

8. Unlocks are final

A hint unlock is a digital item delivered as soon as payment is confirmed, so it is final. The cases where we refund are set out in the refunds policy.

9. The service

spilll.me is provided as is. We work to keep it running and safe but cannot promise it will always be available or error-free. To the extent the law allows, we are not responsible for what senders write.

10. Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India.
